Payment
In online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, the refund to your credit card will be processed within 7 business days.
Delivery
We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. For products that take time to source, the delivery time will be 3 business days, as specified in the product details. If a delay in delivery is expected, you will be informed.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via an Express courier service. After your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the courier company within a maximum of (two) business days.
You can consult our customer representative regarding different delivery terms. Additionally, courier deliveries are only valid within Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to process the payment due to any issue, the visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.
In case of an error in the address provided, we will contact the person who placed the order regarding the undelivered order.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed with an automated email sent after the order is processed.
In terms of delivery, we are responsible to both the customer and the bank providing the credit card system.
Please Pay Attention!
If you suspect that the package is damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the courier company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to prepare a report.
Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the courier company has fully fulfilled its duty.
By following these procedures, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is reattempted as soon as possible.
